Organized by LIWACOM Informationstechnik GmbH (Essen) and SIMONE Research Group s.r.o. (Prague), the SIMONE Congress takes place biennially in a rotating European location. Previous venues include Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Bulgaria, and Austria.

The delegate fee covers attendance at the technical presentations, coffee breaks, lunches and the social program. The accompanying persons fee covers only the social program.
